The itinerary is fixed, but you can choose where to join or leave.
Transport for these sections is not included in the main trip price, but we assist with all connections.
Types: Beachfront lodges, eco-lodges, local guesthouses, and beach camping.
Experience: Simple to cozy stays with authentic local vibes.
Room Arrangements: Price based on double rooms (2 people). Same-sex sharing is arranged if separate beds aren’t available. Private rooms available for an extra fee.
Included for all main itinerary legs (bus, boat, or car).
Hop-on/hop-off sections require separate arrangements.
Most meals included during guided activities.
Enjoy local cuisine, BBQs, and cooking with locals.
Some meals (e.g., during carnival) are not included to allow personal choice.
Gambia, Senegal, and Guinea-Bissau are generally safe.
We work with trusted local partners and guides.
Plans are adjusted if an area becomes unsafe.
Gambia & Senegal: Visa-free for most nationalities.
Guinea-Bissau: Visa on arrival (quick and easy).
Assistance provided when travelling with the group from Senegal to Bissau. (Visa fees not included.)
